A quieter pace than the towns closer to RTP
Holly Springs sees fewer corporate relocations than Cary or Morrisville and more people moving from elsewhere in the Triangle looking for a bigger lot or a quieter street. Those moves tend to be planned further ahead, which usually means a smoother booking process on both ends.
That also means Saturday dates here are less competitive than the same date in Cary, so a weekend slot is easier to find even in the busier months.
